Welcome to the official online payment website for eCondoServices. Payments made via this website should be submitted at least 3 days prior to the due date of your Association to avoid late fee charges.

To ensure your exact association’s dues payments are collected in full, all payments made on this website will be charged a convenience fee. All credit card transactions will be assessed a convenience fee of 4.5%, and all ePay transactions paid through your bank account will be assessed a $2.95 convenience fee. The ‘Transaction Total’ on the checkout page is the amount charged to your credit card or bank account.

CREDIT CARD REFUND POLICY
All refund requests will be addressed within 30 days. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis and require manager approval.
